After selling out within 40 minutes on July 22, Xiaomi’s Mi 3 will be put on sale for the second time later today. The phone will be available starting 2PM at Flipkart, which failed miserable last time with the flood of consumers trying to grab the smartphone.
The retailer is now asking the consumers to get logged in their website beforehand, so that they don’t get stuck at the last possible moment. It has also sent the registered consumers a detailed email describing the whole buying process, however only time will tell whether it helps in keeping things afloat.
To remind you, Xiaomi Mi 3 retails for INR 13,999 in the country and is available only in 16GB and Metallic Grey colour option.

The phone features a 5-inch full HD display, 2GB of RAM, 13MP rear camera with dual-LED flash, 2MP front camera, 16GB of internal storage and Android 4.4 based MIUI 5.0. Mi 3 also comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, 3G support, NFC and the usual set of connectivity options.
Here are a few tips to help you buy the Mi 3 at Flipkart
- If Flipkart starts throwing errors, try using their mobile app to buy the smartphone.
- Go for Cash-on-delivery if your online payment is failing.
- Add shipping address and billing address in your Flipkart account before the actual sale.
- Registered for the sale but not seeing the buy now link on Mi product listing, refresh the page (use CTRL + F5).

seems they have limited stock of handset whichthey want to sold first as guys have posted of receiving defective handset as well in the first sale This time not going for Mi3 , definitely not from flipkart ,
