Talking about the Sense 6.0 specific changes, the update brings new interface for Gallery and Camera apps, image match feature, point of interest location in Map view and Blinkfeed improvements like new content sources.
The HTC One M7 owners will automatically get a notification once the update is available for their phone or they can also manually look for the update by going to Settings > About Phone > Software Update.
To remind you, HTC Sense 6.0 was originally introduced along with HTC One M8 and brings several improvements over Sense 5.5. There is no word on when it will reach other markets but we expect to see it in the coming weeks.
