According to HTC, the Sense 6.0 update will bring user interface changes, Blinkfeed improvements, camera interface enhancements as well as upgraded UI for gallery and app tray.
You can find details for each of these changes below:
User Interface changes: HTC has colour-coded the applications in Sense 6.0 for easier navigation. So, the calendar is blue, clock is green, settings are black and so on. You can also go to Settings > Personalize > Theme to change the theme on your phone. This is not all, Sense 6.0 also includes customisable fonts. The users can go to Settings > Display, gestures & buttons > Font style, to choose one of three pre-installed fonts, which are visible in default applications and settings menus. Additional fonts can be grabbed from Google Play.
Blinkfeed: This news aggregator from HTC has been updated to include smoother scrolling experience and it is now easier than ever to add new content sources. In other changes, Blinkfeed will also show nearby restaurant recommendations.
Camera: The camera app has also seen quite a few changes in Sense 6. The new UI makes to easier to select a camera mode and Zoe camera has been tweaked to act as a 3-in-1 camera solution: Quickly tap the shutter button to take a photo, Hold the shutter button for up to 3 seconds to take a Zoe, and Hold the shutter button for 3 or more seconds to switch to video mode.
Gallery: In Sense 6.0, Gallery app also has a new interface along with Image Match feature and Point of interest (POI) locations in Map view.
App tray: App tray has been redesigned and gives quick access to customisation options. No longer the constant clock widget in app tray.
HTC Sense TV comes with a redesigned user interface, live sports scores & stats and social media integration in Sense 6.0.

Improved Mail, Message, Calendar, Phone apps
To remind you, the Sense 6.0 update is already available for HTC One Max (Sprint) and HTC One (Bell, Telus and Rogers). It will be released for other variants of HTC One and One Max as well as all variants of HTC One mini in the coming weeks.
