Indian smartphone vendor XOLO is getting ready to launch a new Android smartphone, which it plans to pitch against Motorola’s Moto G. Dubbed as XOLO Q1100, the phone will be priced at INR 14,999, revealed a product listing on the company’s official website.
XOLO Q1100 is powered by 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, it is the same processor, which is present in Moto G, however slightly under-clocked. Among other specifications, Q1100 features 5-inch 720p HD display, 1GB of RAM, dual-SIM support and 8GB of internal storage. The phone also packs microSD card slot for storage expansion, 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera.
In addition, the phone includes 2000 mAh battery, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and Android 4.3.
XOLO Q1100 is expected to be available in the coming days.

While on paper XOLO Q1100 certainly looks like a better offering but there are many reasons why one should go for Moto G like better software support including KitKat update, lesser price-tag and seemingly better looking device with customisation options. If you want a bigger screen and non-expandable storage is a big concern for you then Q1100 seems like a decent option.
