Samsung Galaxy S5 teaser hints at new features & revamped UI
It is almost confirmed now that Samsung is going to announce Galaxy S5 at Mobile World Congress later this month but the Korean manufacturer continues to drop hints about this upcoming flagship.
The latest teaser coming Samsung gives us a first look at what probably is the design of the icons being used in the revamped TouchWiz interface. These icons are circular and look similar to the ones present in Tizen, the operating system, which will also see its first device at MWC.
The icons depicted in the teaser also indicate the features, which might be present in Galaxy S5, like more speed (thanks for a powerful processor), more fitness features, better privacy, improved social functions, and improved style.
The specific are unknown at this point but with less than a fortnight to go for Galaxy S5 announcement, we won’t have to wait for long.
According to rumours and leaks, Samsung Galaxy S5 will come with a full HD display, new Exynos processor (newer Snapdragon SoC in LTE version), 16MP rear camera, 2GB of RAM and 16/ 32GB of internal storage. Samsung reportedly is also building another variant of the phone, which will include QHD (2560x1440p) display and 3GB of RAM, while rest of the specifications will be same in both variants.
We are yet to get any concrete evidence about these variants, so we are a little skeptic. Whatever the case, we will know soon enough.
