US telecom operator Verizon Wireless has announced the launch of its first-self branded Android tablet today. Dubbed as Ellipsis 7, the tablet is the first of the company’s Ellipsis tablet line-up. It has been priced at $249.99 and will be available beginning November 7, which is just two days away.
Featuring a 7-inch 1280x800p IPS HD display, Verizon Ellipsis tablet comes with 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 8GB of storage with microSD card slot, 3.2MP rear camera, VGA front camera and Android 4.2. The tablet also packs 4G LTE support,
“The new Verizon Ellipsis 7 tablet offers users another option when shopping for a new fully featured tablet at an affordable price. Exclusive to Verizon Wireless, this compact tablet has a 7-inch HD screen and is easy to carry,” Verizon notes in a press release.
