The rumoured international variant of Xperia Z1 f aka Xperia Z1 mini today appeared on the Sony website but was quickly pulled. This confirms that Sony is indeed bringing a mini version of Xperia Z1 to the international users and the phone won’t be a Japan exclusive (Xperia Z1 f).
The Xperia Z1 f is scheduled to go on sale next month, so we expect Xperia Z1s to become official sometime before that or around the same time. As the temporary listing of Xperia Z1s led to a dead link, the specifications of the phone are still a mystery but they will most probably be similar to Xperia Z1 f.
To remind you, Xperia Z1 f features a 4.3-inch 720p HD Triluminos display, Android 4.2, 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor and 2300 mAh battery. The phone also comes with LTE, NFC, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, 20.7MP rear camera with BSI and 2.2MP front camera.
