Remember, Samsung started rolling out Android 4.3 for Galaxy S III smartphone around a fortnight ago. Well, the update release has been suspended now due to some issues with the new software. Samsung UK has told SamMobile that it is investigating the issues and will resume the roll-out as soon as possible.
Here is the full statement:
“As we are currently investigating the reported issues with Galaxy S3 4.3 Jelly Bean update, the upgrading service has been temporarily suspended. We are committed to providing customers with the best possible mobile experience, and will ensure to resume the upgrading service at the earliest possibility.”
If you have already updated your Galaxy S III and you are experiencing any of the below-mentioned issues, you will probably be getting a new software update soon fixing these problems. Although if you are haven’t updated your phone, you will have to wait for Samsung to fix the issues and release a new software update build, which will be available via the usual media.
