  1. I got some update of just some kbs updated it thought it would be a guideline to update for 4.3 but its showing no new update!

      1. When i mailed HTC regarding the same.. they replied saying that this is not software or hardware issue.. this is a sensor problem so nothing can be done… Not a way to respond given the fact that this phone costs a fortune in India

  2. Everything’s great about this update except the camera.. The pink issue still persists.. and I think the gallery was just fine.. I dont see the reason they had to change it..

  3. i download this update 4 times yesterday but when i start updating my phone it hangs in between 30%-40%. i don’t know why, may be the file is corrupted. is there anybody who is facing the same problem. Please help me.

    1. Try factory reset. Usually when the phones are updated some “things” or features stop working properly. I had WiFi problem after updating to 4.2.2, a factory reset solved it.

Hope it works for you too.

  4. I am getting the message: The downloaded system software update is corrupt. Would you like to download it again?

I have tried 5 times already on my HTC One(Single sim) and got the same message. Plz help.

  5. After the installation of Android 4.3 version, I am facing lot
of issues in my HTC One mobile. Here are the few list of issues for your
    reference.

    1. Unable to Connect to Internet via Internet Passthrough
always says you don’t have updated HTC Sync Manager, but I downloaded and
    install the latest version only.

    2. Usage Monior is not getting loaded, it says,App isn’t
    installed.

    3. While Charging and connecting to computer, it throws
    error. Shoebox engine has stopped.

    4. And other istalled apps also throwing error. ex. Screen
    Control.

    5. Unable to connect Google Play, always saying
    Enable Background data access.

  6. A small update did occur but after that nothing happened …my software section still showing android 4.2.2 …when I manually search for updates it is showing me there’re no updates available….how do I update my phone!??

  7. I had been gifted the HTC One dual sim in the month of September 2013, initially the camera behaved nicely even in the night mode. However, since the last update made the camera during night vision has a pink tinted in the photos captured. As a result of this I even feel uncomfortable to click and share photos as it gives an impression that I am using a very ordinary phone, which is not the case.

HTC is requested to kindly fix the issue and if possible get back the previous software version, as this literally is the worst.
