Samsung India has started rolling out Android 4.3 update in the country earlier today. The update is now available via Kies app on PC or Mac and as over-the-air download. As the software updates are released in batches, not everyone will get the update right-away.
Galaxy S4 owners can manually check for the OTA update by going to Settings > More > About Device > Software update > Update. If you don’t see the update or are getting ‘limit exceeded’ message, don’t worry and check for the update after some time or try downloading it using Kies application.
The OTA update is 658MB in size, so it is better to download it using a decent Wi-Fi connection or 3G if you don’t have data FUP restrictions.
India is the second country after Russia to get the Android 4.3 for I9500 Exynos version. There is no official change-log available (Updated with official change-log).

Currently available only through kies..not as ota ..so connect to kies and update size is 650 MB +
It was available through OTA but the max limit through their servers got exceeded. Therefore its only available through Kies. wait for a day or two. you will be able to install the update through OTA
I am unable to connect my s4 with kies it is showing connecting.. for too long I have tried both in USB debugging and with no USB debugging
Try unlocking your phone and the connect with kies.

Sad that even though HTC announced 4.3 update for HTC One way before Samsung, it has still not come to India!
No Samsung Wallet ?
No Samsung wallet because the service is not available in india, but still if you want to install Samsung wallet, its available on Google Play store, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sec.android.wallet&hl=en
It will say its not available in India, to bypass, install chrome extension, ProxyMate, it will bypass the country restriction and you can directly install it on your device. 🙂 I am sharing my screen shot of Galaxy S4

Trying to update my device since yesterday via ota. But it always shows maximum number of rollout updates has exceeded. Try later or use Samsung kies. What to do. Please help

Done with the 658mb and 16 mb update but where is galaxy gear watch support…??? I purchased one gear watch when my mom purchased sgn3 because I knew that my s4 would support this.. help…???
The update
I just updated my Galaxy S4 to Android 4.3. One of the first things that is bothering me is that in the Notifications panel now only about 10 Quick settings buttons can be adjusted, which is unlike before when you can scroll left to right for the whole list. I don’t understand the logic of this change which to me appears a step backwards. Any comments?
