Chinese smartphone maker Oppo announced its new N1 smartphone at a press event in Beijing today. The phone, which goes on pre-order later today, is the first smartphone in the recent times to come with a rotating camera.
The 13MP camera on-board Oppo N1 is fitted to an adjustable hinge, which allows it to work both as a rear camera or a front camera.
Other specifications of the smartphone include 5.9-inch ful HD display, 16/ 32GB of storage, 2GB of RAM, Android 4.2 based Color OS and 3610 mAh battery. The phone is powered by 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm APQ8064 processor.
According to Oppo, N1 will also get a CyanogenMod ROM in the future, which is being built by both the companies in partnership.
Pricing: Oppo N1 will be sold for 3,498 CNY ($570). It is expected to become available in October.
