As promised, Micromax has started selling the dual-SIM Android phablet A116 on its official website at 0000hrs today. Priced at INR 13,990, the smartphone is carrying an expected shipping time of five days.
Micromax has partnered with Snapdeal.com to fulfil the A116 orders. As traditionally Indian (or any) consumers have loved to check out the device first before buying, the question mark over the retail availability is likely to hamper the Canvas HD sales, but we expect the company to move to normal retail channels soon. Part of Micromax’s Canvas series, A116 Canvas HD is the successor company’s very successful A100 Canvas and A110 Canvas 2 smartphones. A116 packs some impressive specs, but the real world performance remains to be tested. We will try and get hold of a review unit to do a full review in the coming days.

for me, gorilla glass is a must have feature for a 5-incher phone. I know its having 294PPi pixel density.but still its a LCD screen.
