Reliance, Google partner; RCom to give free data with every Android device
Google and Reliance Communication have entered in an exclusive tie-up in India. As a part of this partnership, RCom has announced that it will be offering 1GB of free data to all new & existing customers who buy a new Google approved Android device.
The 1GB of free data given as a part of this offer will only be valid for one month. Customers can apply for this offer only during the period of 15th April, 2012 to 15th June, 2012.
If you are wondering, the Google-endorsed Android smartphones are those smartphones that are certified by the search giant and come with the “with Google” logo on the device. List of approved devices is available on RCom.co.in.
“We are creating a dedicated help desk to which any android phone bought under this agreement will be mapped automatically,” said Sanjay Behl, group head, brand and marketing, Reliance Communications told ET recently in a report.
