According to The Mobile Indian, this launch could happen as early as next week; however there hasn’t been any public official announcement yet.

This launch will also be accompanied by the availability of ViewPad 7 and ViewPad 10 tablets, which was announced in India way back in December last year.

  1. I love Android but in India most of the good Android phones with all the features are above 25K. So currently Android is limited to few rich people. Hence companies like Viewsonic, Micromax etc should produce phones with the latest features between 5-10K so that the majority of us Indians can afford it. This will also increase Android’s popularity & create a tough competiton for the top mobile manufacturers like Samsung, HTC, LG etc.
