You can now officially rent movies from Android Market and watch them using Videos app on your Motorola Xoom WiFI. You’ll get an update soon bringing the Movies tab to Android Market on your Xoom.

Motorola made an announcement in this regard from its official twitter account today.  To remind you, Android Market Movies are currently only available for rental to users located in the United States.
