Waiting for HTC Desire S, Wildfire S or ChaCha in UK’s Three has released the possible availability dates. The operator says it will start selling the Desire S in April, the Wildfire S in May and then the ChaCha in June.

To remind you about these three smartphones, Desire S comes with Qualcomm’s new 1GHz 8255 Snapdragon processor, dual front and back cameras, 3.7-inch WVGA display and Android 2.4 with HTC Sense.

Along the lines of predessecor Wildfire, the new Wildfire S is a mid level Android smartphone, which comes with 3.2 inch HVGA display, a 5-megapixel color camera with auto focus, 600MHz Qualcomm single-core, 512MB of RAM and ROM, WiFi b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0. HTC Wildfire S is also one of  HTC’s smallest phones ever – measuring just 10.13cm long and 5.94cm wide.

Coming to Chacha, it comes with a physical QWERTY keyboard, dual cameras, including a 5-megapixel color camera with auto focus and LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera, 2.6-inch display with 480 x 320 resolution and HTC Sense.
