According to a leaked document available with TMONews, Galaxy Tab will be arriving on T-Mobile on Novmeber 10. There is no word on pricing right now.

Well, Verizon has already announced that they will be selling Galaxy Tab from November 11; T-Mobile might be jumping before to get the first mover advantage.
