Photos and specification of an upcoming Motorola Android phone have appeared online. Motorola Quench XT5 is the next phone in Quench series and will be launched to compete with the likes of HTC Wildfire and Samsung Galaxy 5, reported CellPassion.

A step over the XT3, Quench XT5 comes with a 3.2-inch HVGA (320×480 pixels) display and 5.0 MP camera, Android 2.1 (no Froyo love here) and have a 256 MB RAM/512 MB ROM.
