Samsung to launch Galaxy S in South Korea

Samsung said Tuesday that it will start selling its Galaxy S smart phones in South Korea from the end of this month. The phone will be offered through South Korea’s largest mobile carrier SK Telecom.

The launch of the device in South Korea is part of an overall global push into the fast growing smart phone market–last week, the Galaxy S made its debut in Europe.
