A newly formed company 1Cross Tech has announced Android powered Hybrid MID at CeBIT.  This device has 6 inch e-ink display on one side, on the other side is the touchscreen LCD display.  MID sports an ARM processor, and has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, accelerometer, option slot for SIM-cards with support to 3G-networks (TD-SCDMA, HSPA or EVDO). 1Cross Tech plans to launch an online store application for its e-book reader. It will be launched in the market for price of around $400 in second quarter.
