Samsung has added premium Android apps to the Samsung Apps store and it is now available to US users. Some of titles available for purchase now are The Sims 3 HD, Need for Speed Shift HD and 9mm.
Nearly 1 in 4 smartphone users in EU5 own an Android phone
A comScore report released today had some pretty interesting statistics to offer. According to this report, Android has now captured the second spot in five top European smartphone market [EU5], which include France, UK, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
It further states that HTC is the biggest Android manufacturer in EU5, mainly because of its stellar performance in UK, where over 50pc of Android phone sales are from HTC.
