Motorola has launched Quench as Moto Mix n Korea. This mid-range Android smartphone comes with Android 2.1 Eclair with MotoBlur and sports a 3.1-inch screen, 528MHz processor and a 5-megapixel camera with auto-focus and LED flash.
LG Telecom becomes LG U+, getting ‘Galaxy U’

LG Telecom today changed its actual name to become LG U+. This name change is also being reflected in its version of Samsung Galaxy S, which will be called Galaxy U and will be launched sometime around August-September in South Korea.
Samsung Galaxy U will come with a display of 3.7 inches, which is a bit smaller than the original and run Android 2.2 out-of-the-box. Rest of the specs are expected to remain same.
Motorola Titanium Android phone to debut in South Korea soon

Motorola is getting ready to launch its second Android phone for the South Korean market, the Motorola Titanium. The first one was Motoroi, a very successful Android phone in South Korea.
Motorola will be debuting two versions – the XT800C (a 2G CDMA handset) and the XT800W (which also has UMTS).
Rumours suggest that it is going to be available via SK Telecom. The smartphone features Android 2.0, a 480 x 854 touchscreen display, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm headset jack, and a 5MP autofocus camera with D1 video recording.

Android 2.1 powered Samsung SHW-M100S launched in South Korea
So, after Google’s very own Nexus One, there is another device device running on Android 2.1 announced for South Korean market.
Samsung today launched SHW-M100S, which will be available in on SK Telecom in March. SK Telecom earlier said that it will be going the Android way to tackle iPhone attack in South Korea. This is second device after Motorola Motoroi running on Android coming to SK Telecom. It is expecting a huge adoption of Android in the country.
Talking about the specs, Samsung M100S comes with an 800MHz processor and sports a 3.7-inch AMOLED touchscreen (WVGA), 5MP camera with 720p video recording support, Wi-Fi (802.11n), GPS, T-DMB, DivX support, 3.5mm headphone jack and TouchWiz UI (not sure but look like the new version). It also has Social Networking Service (SNS) and access to Android market along with SK Telecom’s T store.
There is still no word on the price.
