Out of the blue, Samsung has decided to release almost a year-old Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi in India today. It is now selling on Letsbuy and listed as coming soon on Flipkart for INR 19,990. To remind you, it is the Wi-Fi version of original seven inch Galaxy Tab that went on sale in the country on November 10, 2010.

Samsung’s ten inch Honeycomb tablet might become the first tablet to get its hands on the Ice Cream Sandwich, although unofficially. Popular aftermarket firmware developer Cyanogen recently stated on his Google+ page that ICS is looking great on Galaxy Tab 10.1 and it is coming very soon in CM9 flavors.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N gets a video demo, attempts to bypass Apple’s patents
The first news about Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N came last week, when tech blogs reported that Samsung is trying to bypass Apple’s patent claims in Germany by trying to release a redesigned Galaxy Tab 10.1.

To give you a gist, Apple had sued Samsung in Germany for allegedly copying the iPad design elements and other patents. Samsung has finally started selling its 8.9 inch Honeycomb tablet in the Indian market. Tablet is now available in brick and mortar stores for INR 31,990, while Letsbuy is selling it for INR 32,445. Announced way back in August, Samsung Galaxy Tab 730 was supposed to go on sale in Mid-September.

Samsung is expected to release the recently announced Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus in Italy in Mod-November. It has been priced at €499 for the 16 GB HSPA+ edition.
T-Mobile announces SpringBoard and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets
T-Mobile has just announced two new additions to its tablet line-up in the form of Huawei Springboard and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Both the tablets will be available in time for holidays.
There is no word on pricing right now, but T-Mobile did point out that Springboard is going to be their most affordable tablet.
