HTC Wildfire FroYo update now available in India
HTC has released the Wildfire Android 2.2 update in India. It is available via the usual OTA method. You will receive a notification on your HTC Wildfire. You can download the update using 3G or over Wi-Fi.
But downloading the update over Wi-Fi is recommended, to avoid incurring data charges.

Android 2.2 update is finally available for Dell Streak on O2. The update is being rolled out slowly, so don’t worry, if it does not reach your device right now. To check if it’s available for your Streak, head to Settings > About Phone > System Updates.
Acer to launch Froyo powered beTouch E140 in Italy soon
While some old high end phones are still waiting Android 2.2 updates, several entry level smartphones are flooding the market with Froyo on-board. In the same series, Acer is also planning to add an Android 2.2 powered entry level smartphone E140 to its beTouch series.
