NVIDIA Tegra 4 powered Toshiba AT10LE-A shows its face
We are yet to see any Tegra 4 powered products apart from NVIDIA’s own Project Shield, but that seems to be changing today. The first images of rumoured Toshiba tablet AT10LE-A, which is allegedly powered by Tegra 4 quad-core processor, have appeared online.
Posted by Greek website Techblog.gr, these images offer a glimpse of this upcoming Toshiba tablet and its keyboard dock. Packing four A15 cores and 72 GPU cores, Tegra 4 is being touted as the fastest mobile processor by NVIDIA, but whether these claims are indeed true or not, we will know once this or any other Tegra 4 powered products hits market.

Datawind deems Aakash 2 tablet project complete with just 1 lakh shipments
Everyone knows that the much-hyped Aakash tablet project has been nothing but failure, however Datawind continues to try and capitalize on its name. The company recently recently issued a press release claiming that it has finally shipped 1 lakh units to the Indian government as promised in the initial tender.
In fact, only 74,700 units of the tablet have reached IIT Bombay, which is dealing with Aakash tablet project, rest are still waiting at some transporter.

HP working on two Android devices with NVIDIA Tegra 4 at core
HP is reportedly working on a pair of Android devices that will be powered by NVIDIA’s new Tegra 4 SoC and run on Android 4.2. These HP tablets have been spotted in AnTuTu benchmark listings, but majority of the details about them are still missing at this point.
HP has just released one Android device – HP Slate 7 tablet this year and it is very possible that the company is planning more Android launches for later this year.

Fly Mobile announces F8s tablet with Android 4.1 for INR 13,499
In addition to the three Android phones, Fly Mobile has also announced the launch of an Android tablet in the Indian market. Set to go on sale in the coming days, Fly F8s has got a price-tag of INR 13,499.
Fly F8s features an 8-inch display with 1024x768p resolution and is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core processor. The tablet runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and come with 3G connectivity and 4,000 mAh battery. You can check out the detailed specs later in the post.

B&N reduces Nook tablet, e-reader prices in UK
Barnes & Noble has announced that it is reducing the prices of its entire line of e-readers and tablets in the UK market. The company adds that these prices are valid for a limited period, but did not mention any exact dates.
Nook Tablets, which run on a custom version of Android, will now be available at the following prices at major retailers like Argos, ASDA, Blackwell’s, Foyles, Currys and PC World, John Lewis, Sainsbury’s and Very, and NOOK.co.uk.

Intex launches i-Buddy Connect 3G tablet for INR 9,999
Intex has announced the launch of i-Buddy Connect 3G tablet today in the Indian market. The tablet succeeds the company’s previously launched i-Buddy Connect tablet. According to a press release issued by the company, i-Buddy Connect has been priced at INR 9,999 and will be available in the coming days.
Intex i-Buddy Connect 3G features 7-inch display and is powered by 1GHz dual-core processor. The tablet also comes with 1GB of RAM and 3,500 mAh battery.

Spice unveils Stellar Slatepad for INR 9,999
Spice Mobiles has taken the wraps off a new Android tablet – Stellar Slatepad. Set to go on sale in the next few days, the tablet has appeared on the company’s official website. According to the company website, the tablet will be sold for INR 9,999.
Spice Stellar Slatepad features a 7-inch 1024x600p display and is powered 1GHz processor. The tablet runs on Android 4.1 and comes with 3,000 mAh battery, 512MB of RAM and 3G support. It also comes with 3.2MP rear camera and 1.3MP front camera. You can check out the key features later in the post.

Samsung Galaxy Note 510 (Note 8.0) now available
Samsung India has started selling the Galaxy Note 510 tablet in the country today. The tablet can now be purchased from the company’s official e-store for INR 30,900. Other retailers like Flipkart are still taking pre-orders for the tablet, but they are also expected to get stocks in the next few days. Update: Now available from Flipkart too. 
Samsung Galaxy Note 510, better known as Galaxy Note 8.0, was announced for the Indian market at Samsung India Forum last month. The tablet features an 8-inch HD display and is powered by 1.6GHz quad-core processor.

Samsung working on Galaxy Tab duos, and Nexus 11: Report
Samsung’s tablet line-up is going to be huge this year. The company has already announced two Android tablets this year- Galaxy Tab 3 and Galaxy Note 8.0. The company is rumoured to be working on Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 and now we are hearing that Samsung will also launch a dual-SIM tablet, Nexus 11 and Galaxy Tab 11.0.
