LG unveils Optimus GK, a Galaxy S4 competitor

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 image appears online (Update)

An alleged image of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Note II successor has appeared online. Spotting a 5.9-inch display, Galaxy Note 3 looks considerably large in size compared to Galaxy Note II. As per the accompanying specs and previous rumours, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will feature a 5.9-inch full HD display, 2.0 GHz Exynos 5 Octa processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The phone also reportedly runs on Android 4.2.2.

LG starts global roll-out of Optimus F5 LTE

LG has announced that it is finally starting to sell the Optimus F5 LTE smartphone and it will go on sale in France tomorrow, followed by other European countries. Samsung to launch 8-inch tablet in June, Galaxy S4 Mini in July: WSJ

WSJ hasn’t just spilled the beans on the rugged Galaxy S4, but the paper also reports that Samsung will be launching a new 8-inch Galaxy-series tablet in June. This report is in line with a recent rumour that also suggested that Samsung is working on a new 8-inch tablet, which will come with an AMOLED full HD display.

“Samsung is planning to launch the new Galaxy-line tablet in June, according to a person familiar with the matter, adding to the seven-inch and 10.1-inch versions on the market,” WSJ writes.

This is not the first time we are hearing about S4 Mini, the previous rumours have suggested that the phone will feature qHD resolution display along with a 1.6GHz dual-core processor – probably Exynos 5210.
