As we are nearing to the alleged launch date of Nexus 10 tablet, more and more leaks are appearing before us. In one such leak, this Nexus tablet was spotted on a benchmarking website and confirmed a few details in the process. GLBenchmarks lists the tablet as manta, which is the known code-name of the tablet.

Sony has just announced on its official product blog that company’s Xperia T, Xperia TX, and Xperia V smartphones will get the Jelly Bean update in Q1, 2013. It also revealed that Xperia S, Xperia acro S, Xperia ion, Xperia P, Xperia go and Xperia J will also be upgraded to Android 4.1, but failed to mention any time-frame.

Rumoured Google Nexus 10 tablet is back in news. An alleged photograph taken from this tablet has appeared on Picasa Web Albums. If the EXIF data of this image is true, it confirms the name of the tablet – Nexus 10, as we heard before. To remind you, EXIF data can be faked, but as the Picasa Account holder, which has posted this image, seems to be a Samsung employee, we think it is credible.

So, the rumours were true after all. HTC has today announced its brand-new and first 1080p Android smartphone in Japan. Dubbed as HTC J Butterfly, the smartphone features a 5-inch 1920x1080p Super LCD 3 display, and will be launched on Japanese telecom au by KDDI.
