Amazon’s original Kindle Fire has turned out to be the easiest to repair Android tablet in iFixit’s repairability list. iFixit, known for its tear-downs and how-to-repair guides, has posted its tablet Repairability List, which ranks the tablets on the basis of how easy are they to repair.
The list, which includes several popular Android as well other tablets, has been topped by Dell with its XPS 10 Windows RT tablet followed by Kindle Fire. Dell’s another and pretty old tablet (or should we call phablet) Streak ranks at the third position.

Dell officially pulls the plug on smartphone business
Remember Dell Streak, the original phablet that never took off. Well, now its maker has also realised that they won’t be able to crack the smartphone market, thus Dell is pulling the plug on its smartphone business.
Company’s head of consumer business Jeff Clarke revealed to Forbes at Dell World Conference that it (read smartphone business) needs a lot of investments to really be successful, so they are leaving it and would not be jumping back anytime soon.
Dell blames lack of viable business angle with Android for their unsuccessful stint and departure.
“It’s a content play with Android. Amazon is selling books and Google is making it up with search. So far we couldn’t find a way to build a business on Android,” added Clarke.
Samsung Galaxy Note Review
Is this a phone or a tablet, Galaxy Note is not the first Android product to be posed with this question. Other manufacturers have tried to tap this size/market segment with products like Dell Streak or even Acer Iconia Smart. They failed to transform buzz into sales or even give quality devices.
In this review, I will try and find out if Samsung Galaxy Note is a worthy addition to ever-expanding Android device line-up and will it make the consumers buy an over-sized smartphone.
