zte light ZTE enters tablet arena; launches Android powered ‘Light’Marking its entrance in flooded tablet market, ZTE yesterday released Android powered “Light” at P&T/Expo Comm China 2010.

ZTE Light features a 7-inch touchscreen, weights 403 grams and supports wireless mobile service using the GSM family of standards, including WCDMA.

“We are watching the convergence of tablet computer and Internet application. Light is the result,” said He Shiyou, ZTE’s vice president. “It’s a device with special design and more portable compared with the iPad.”
