Android is going PMP way these days. After Samsung’s Galaxy PMP, Philips’ GoGear Connect is also spotted at UK’s online retailer Argos selling with Android 2.1 on-board, reported Engadget.
The product listing shows the 3.2-inch media player with 16GB of internal storage space, a battery good for 5 hours of video playback (and 25 hours of audio), FM radio tuner, a touchpanel and a microSD expansion slot. There is a 8 GB version also.
It is selling for £199.99 and £179.99 for 16 GB and 8 GB versions respectively but, both these Android PMPs are currently out of stock. We expect them to be in stock soon and an international launch.
