Sony Ericsson working on QWERTY tablet-phone

Sony Ericsson seems to be going Dell way, It is being rumored that it is working on an Android powered tablet cum smartphone. This device will features a 5.5 inch screen, QWERTY keyboard with Android 2.1.

There are not much details as the device plans are still in their infancy, although it is expected to be launched in Fall 2010.
