So, rumors about so called ‘sPad’ are gaining momentum. Korea Herald is reporting that Samsung is set to launch a tablet computer in August through mobile phone carrier SK Telecom.
As earlier anticipated sPad will run on Android and feature a 7-inch touch screen display. The report also quoted the industry official as saying that Samsung will add an 8-inch model in October and a 10-inch model in December. Samsung plans to take the first lead in Korean market before Apple launches its iPad there. There is no word when it will be launching in other market.
UPDATE: We also have a picture of sPad now, check here.
