HTC has announced that the latest Android platform, 2.1, would be available on its low-mid range mobiles, including the new HTC Tatoo. According to HTC officials, the upgrade will take some time since the company is currently working on integrating the Sense UI with the new operating system.

“Kindly note that now we understand that a phone running Android OS 2.1 is available that you are excited to get an update for your Tattoo. We are still working hard to Sense for building this new version but we expect to have the upgrade finished and ready to go soon.
