According to Android & Me, Recently a Facebook app was spotted on the myTouch website. Additionally, there also is a Rachael UI video doing the rounds that displays the Facebook app being utilized on Sony Ericsson’s new Android smartphone. This sparked rumors that there is a likelihood of a Facebook app finally launching for Android.
A quick browse of the Facebook mobile page reveals that rich, interactive applications are available for iPhone, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Palm, Sony Ericsson, INQ, and Widsets.
So while just about every mobile platform has a Facebook app designed for it, Android has been mysteriously left out.
